We spent the last night in the Aaland Islands in a beautiful anchorage preparing for a big step: sailing back to Sweden from here also meant crossing our own path for the first time after 4 months of sailing. The sail towards the west went very well and everything was quite calm except the unexpected visit by the Swedish coast guard. Luckily they were super friendly and we got to sail on just as planned. Once we had arrived in Sweden, we found a beautiful skerry in the outermost Stockholm archipelago and spent the night there in beautiful surroundings.
Route sailed in this video: 🇦🇽 Mariehamn (East harbour) – 🇦🇽 Rödhamn – 🇦🇽 Mariehamn (West harbour) – 🇦🇽 Stegskär – 🇸🇪 Norrpada
We hope you’ll enjoy this new video!
Best,
Paul and Liv
